The shipping method depends on the country of fulfilment, thanks to our extensive network of printers. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We ship same or next working day. If your order is placed before 12pm, we'll endeavour to ship same day. We do not print orders on weekends, but feel free to place your orders like normal and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday.

If anything goes wrong during shipping, we have you covered. All we need is proof of damage from your customer, and then we can send your customer a replacement completely free of charge. We will never have you out of pocket for something that is not your fault.

Once your orders have been processed, we will provide you with an invoice.

Tracking will be sent within 1-2 working days. Tracking for the USA and Australia often arrives the next working day, largely due to different collection times and time zone differences. Tracking will always be uploaded to your portal as soon as it becomes available.
